We check all products to ensure they are in beautiful condition prior to shipping. We also ensure all our products arrive in brand new, unopened, sealed packaging for customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
Should you change your mind after receiving your package, we are happy to provide you with a 14-day Return Period for all Australian and International orders.
RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
We accept returns and exchanges due to change of mind for up to 14-days after your purchase.
- We will happily provide a store credit for all items you wish to return (excluding products labelled SALE ITEMS - these are final sale, at clearance prices)
- We accept all returns if the product is in original unaltered condition, with tags attached
- Any items showing signs of wear including deodorant marks, smell, body odour, rips, tears, stains or pet hair will not be accepted for return, and we will either return them to you OR issue you with a 20% store credit (whichever amount is less)
- To commence a return, please email our Customer Service team
- Please understand that we accept no responsibility for lost packages, and you are responsible for the return postage label
FREE EXCHANGES DUE TO FAULT / INCORRECT ITEM
If there is a fault with your item upon opening the packet, we will happily and quickly exchange it for you within 7-days of receiving your package.
Please email our Customer Service team within 7-days of receiving your order, with:
- Photos of any faults/issues; and
- A detailed explanation of the problem
Please note, any marks or damage to the item that have been made AFTER the product has been opened, worn or tried on (including removal of tags) will void any rights to return - and we will either return the item(s) to you, or issue you with a 20% store credit (whichever amount is less).
Clearance items and free gifts are not eligible for return.
